-What information do I collect?

When you visit the website or fill out a form I collect data about you.
I may collect your name, email address, and location.

Any of the information collected may be used in one of the following ways:
On my website:
To improve the website based on the feedback and information you have given.
To improve customer service which is based on the information you have given.
To send periodic emails.  The email address you supplied will be used to contact you throughout your contract with me and to keep you informed of  the progress of the contracted works.
It will also be stored within my password protected accounting software.

– How I protect your information:

For the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance, this information is located on servers within the European Union.  I also may hold the information securely on site.

-How long do I keep this information:

I  am required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Your information I use for marketing purposes will be kept until you notify me that you would like this to be deleted.

What are your rights?

If at any point you believe the information I process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact me directly where the matter will be investigated.

If you are not satisfied with the response or believe the processing of your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
