Photo Collab: Scoundrels.info

Lately I’ve been lucky enough to work with a very talented male hair stylist, Helena Hatton (www.scoundrels.info). We met through a mutual friend who felt that we could work really well together. She was so right…. It’s great to work with someone who’s on the same wavelength. We sort of bounce ideas off each other really. We’ve done a variety of shoots together, but this was governed far less by a fixed brief. It allowed me to work with our model, (Paul John Fryer) to create images that we’re more experimental in nature. I was able to play around with my lighting set up until I found a way of lighting the model that felt right to me. A bit vague I know, but it worked.

Paul (our model) is pretty new to the modelling game but seemed very comfortable in front of the camera right from the start.
